We didn't say we wouldn't want them. We just said we wouldn't want to clean them!

The realtor came today and looked all through the house. The only thing he said that we needed to do was touch up a few paint places where the boys have scratched it up. He is going to do a market analysis, whatever in the world that means, and call us with a price he thinks we can get.

From his initial guess though, he is talking in the price range that we want. So if it sells at that, we will clear enough money to put a chunk down on something smaller and have a very small mortgage! We could possibly be totally out of debt in four or five years. Then if we have grandkids coming along, we could build what we want and have a big downpayment for that. I think we've been listening to Dave Ramsey too much; it's finally soaking in!! I want to be one of those folks who call in and scream "I'm Debt Free!!!!!"

I don't know Sister Sherri. We moved from Florida while my son was in the Navy and he couldn't quite acclaimate to the new place. We moved back
and into the same house. He said the last time he was in that it finally felt
like he had come home.He was disappointed though that his room was an office.lol.
