No, I think the Pros wanted to stay away from that because record shows she kicked him out of her house, which is why he was living with his dad. Couldn't be the little angel she claims he was if she kicked him out.

David, How does the Defense explain the 50 foot fight scene? GZ says he is sucker-punched and fell at the T, but body is 50 yards further down. Was there an explanation for that? That's the only question that I have.

I did hear O'Mara's closing arguments talk about being pushed back, but I never heard complete wording on the issue. That is a big question all over the Internet. The people are not getting that settled in their minds. I can't really answer to it.

I don't remember a complete answer on that question either. I've heard the push back theory and another where they moved around quite a bit on the ground. But I don't recall anything in depth about it.

I would need to know that. I would also like clarification on GZ saying, at one point, that he forgot that he had his gun. That is another concern.

On the money lie, I believe that GZ thought the money he had received from contributions was not to be used for bail money and only legal defense. So, when he said he didn't have money for bail, that is what he meant. I do remember his wife lying, so I need to also review that as well. Did you understand it that way?

David, I missed TM's mother testifying this morning and am listening to it now. What is the significance of O'Mara asking TM's mother, several times, about law enforcement being present when she met with the Mayor to view the 911 tape? Is he setting something up? Does a police officer need to be present?

I also found it strange that she would say that Tracy Martin hadn't told her he had listened to the tape, and that they had no conversation about it.

After listening again to TM brother on the stand I did not relize how bad Omera was making him stumble over himself...Man he was horrible...
