OK then, I will tell about the good things God has done these past few weeks.

I sold a Painting on eBay for $3000.00, then I cut the Tip of my finger off on tater slicer "OUCH"! Aflac sent a $680.00 Check. Then last week I received a $2.00 hour raise.

I know it's money, but My God Jesus has blessed us greatly, finances, health and a loving close Knit family.

Thank you Jesus, you have been good to me.

Rhoni,

I want to apologize for I totally got caught up in something other than the meaning of your thread.

Yes, I would like to testify of the love and care that my dear Saviour has demonstrated to me in my life.

Though I never deserved his favor, as his child he has continued to show me his favor through his unconditional love for me.

When I was at my darkest hour, he was always there to shine a light for me to see the hope and victory that he has waiting for me.

He is my healer when I am sick; he is my friend when none can be found; he is my comforter when I'm in distress; he is my all and all.

I thank him for leading me into his truth and keeping me day by day.

I love my Lord Jesus with everything that is within me. No matter what my future may bring, I rest in his arms and know that one day his face I'll see.

No Problem CB1,

Your post reminds me of a song I heard way back in the day...

Whatever I think Christ to be...
That's just what he'll be to me.
If I know him as a friend above others,
Then I know in my Lord I've found a brother.

And if I could know him as the healer,
I need never suffer sickness or pain,
But if I could know him as the savior,
I need never wander lost again.

He owns the gold in the mountains,
The cattle on the hills.
Thirst is quenched at his fountain...
He makes the storm stand still.
He speaks to troubled hearts,
To the sad - he is joy.
All that I need, I find in my Lord.

Christ has been everything he has promised to be to me...and He always will be.

Thank-you Jesus...

Feeling like a shock a moo this morning!

Blessings, Sis. Rhoni

I like it Rhoni!!! In fact, many have started the same type of thread only for it to disappear. Bro. Epley started on some time ago and it was great. There
have been others who've tried to keep them going...

However! I've seen God do miracles, LATELY!!! The goodness of God? I woke up with a brand new mercy this morning! Now that's God and that's good. My husband was blessed this morning to go to work and I am blessed to be able to take care of my family and teach my children today! Things could be different. In fact, my 4 year old was almost hit by a car a couple of days ago...the car didn't see him and he was just inches from tragedy. Thank God for protection!!!! I was blessed to go get my groceries yesterday, like I always do! I don't take it for granted. There was a time I didn't know where tomorrow's lunch was coming from, but God provided. I don't ever want to forget yesterday. All my children are healthy, and I am grateful EVERYDAY for that. I've been at the graveside of my own flesh and blood, and even thru that, I am thankful....!!! Daily HE loadeth me with benefits.

You know, I get caught up with all the silliness of standards and what not. It's easy to do. But I wanna hear more from others about the goodness of God, also!!!!!!!!!!!!1

LadyC,

Thank-you for this testimony! The Bible tells us that we are strengthened by the word of our testimony.... Don't know about you, but when things seem a bit stained I have to remind myself of what God has done in the past and I know what he can and will do in the future!

* Think I'll testify while I have a chance,
Well I think I'll testify while I have a chance.
I think I'll testify while I have a chance,
For I may not have a chance any more...*

Don't you just love those old songs?

Blessings, Rhoni
