It's like me showing my birth certificate and someone telling me to prove I was actually born where my BC says I was. Like, how am I going to do that? LOL!

That is the real question the suite asks. In addition to the age thing the suite alledges that the birth cert. was forged and that he was born in Kenya.

If this were the case, it seems to me that the Republicans would have been all over this by now. I understood that he was checked out and all was well.

No....you have to realize that most Republicans and Democrats are bought and paid for by the same people(CFR, Bildeberg Group, Tri-Lateral Commission). Both parties are basically the same. We live in a 2-party dictatorship. These elections are nothing but dog and pony shows that mean nothing. US Presidents for the most part have been and are mere puppets. That being said I don't think much will be said about this lawsuit by the mainstream media...they want to keep the race close so that the dumbed down masses will stay glued to there TV sets and as a distraction to the real life issues that are taking place in this country(potential war with Russia, economy imploding etc). Close election races are good business wise as well.
The attacks on Sarah Palin by the MSM are designed to keep this election close. If all the stuff on Obama would come out now you'd have a landslide unprecedented in US presidential election history, and that's not good for popular consumption. In the end McCain will be the next President of the United States because that is the plan......another reason why they dumped Hillary cause she would've won against McCain.

President Bush has quietly claimed the authority to disobey more than 750 laws enacted since he took office, asserting that he has the power to set aside any statute passed by Congress when it conflicts with his interpretation of the Constitution.

Among the laws Bush said he can ignore are military rules and regulations, affirmative-action provisions, requirements that Congress be told about immigration services problems, ''whistle-blower" protections for nuclear regulatory officials, and safeguards against political interference in federally funded research.

Laws???? Seem as if Washington really doesn't care what our Constitution say!

You've not been to the DMV or SS office as of late???

Thanks to, The REAL ID Act of 2005 is U.S. federal law, proving who you are is not that easy anymore!
