Reports I read say Pros will play the 911 tape and Sabrina will say that it's TM she hears screaming for help.

The Def then will question why she and TM's father initially told investigators it WASN'T TM. Her testimony will be impeached since they changed their story after hiring their attorney, Crump.

O'mara questioning her. Ridiculous. He tried saying that he was sorry for her loss, and pros objected for "improper question." Judge upheld the objection.

O'mara asking about the first time she heard the 911 call and who was there. The Mayor, Crump and several others listened together to the tape.

Question...could the Mayor be summoned as a witness by the Def?

TM's brother up now.

No mention from O'mara about her saying it wasn't TM the first time she heard the tape. I was sure I previously read that both parents said it wasn't TM when they first heard the tape.

Court having trouble opening the evidence locker....shenanigans? She'll be recalled once they get it opened.

TM's brother has a deep voice.

He, too, says it's TM screaming. Says he's heard him scream at times growing up.

TM's mother testified that TM's father didn't tell her that he'd previously heard the 911 tape. That they hadn't discussed it. I'm so sure that is true....

TM's brother said that, initially, when he heard the 911 tape, he was in denial and didn't want to believe it was his brother, so that explains his comments as to why he said he wasn't sure.

ALL of them (brother, father and DeeDee) changed their story later.

Going for impeachment - playing initial testimony. "Not completely positive."

I agree with O'Mara, the attitude now in which he is answering is not the same as the initial interview. Knowing now what they didn't know then, they want it to be Trayvon.
