It is my belief that many ministers and the vast majority of constituents of the UPC have very similar views on soteriology (as Felecity and TB)

Official wording has changed in the past, and will likely change in the future. There are multiple interpretations of the current wording and it's inclusions or exclusions.

UPC is not big enough to be the Titanic and resolution 4 is thin ice for the cutter.
