Nope. The wicked person is only "condemned" upon death... the sentence is instituted after the final judgment.
So for example, you're saying that if a person died some 2000 years ago, and was sentenced to go to hell, his soul is placed in some type of holding cell, and he's somewhat "alive" waiting in that holding cell for all of those years, knowing that he's going to go to hell, until God finally judges him, and actually places him in hell (not the grave but eternal hellfire ie the lower hell)?

That person is still going to be judged twice, its not like God is telling him that he has a chance to make it into heaven when He passes finally judgement.

You didn’t address those who are to go to heaven, are they sentenced and are staying in a holding cell as well, or are they in heaven to be judged at a later time…to go back to heaven? And Jesus referred to the hell at times as the grave, and other times as there being an actually pit, with hellfire.
And I’m not sure what Annihilation is, but I believe that there will be an actual burning hell, just as there will be an actual heaven. Just like God will fix us with a body to live in heaven for eternity, He’ll also fix those who are with a body to die for all eternity (Mar 9:44).

John 11 chapter, Jesus raised Lazarus, he called death, sleep. I don’t recall anywhere in the bible, where it actually says that we will be going to heaven/hell apart from our bodies. The same way that Jesus quickened his mortal body, and made it just like a spirit, (wherein he was able to walk through the walls, into the house, with the door being shut) he’ll do the same thing to our bodies. (Rom 4:17, 8:11 Phil 3:21)
