I disagreed with a statement, Sis. Alvear threatens to call her lawyers on me, petitions Admin to reveal my name, which is clearly against the rules, and I get verbally destroyed, minimalized, threatened, marginalized, made fun of, condemned, name-called, laughed at, and the list goes on.

You all should be ashamed of yourselves, but of course, you never could be. Enjoy your fantasy world.

Evidently, you haven't read everything. She certainly DID threaten to call her lawyers. Post #57 in the original Stove thread. Big as Dallas, maybe a bit bigger. Secondly, I told her where to find my name and referred her to the welcome mat, so you're a little late with that one. But that wasn't my point. My point was, she tried to enact a violation of forum rules by insisting to have my name revealed.

If you were talking to all of us face-to-face, would you repeat your original comments that have stirred up so much trouble? Your online persona shouldn't be any different from your real-life self. The written word means the same thing as the spoken word.

Just because you think the people on this forum are 'lost' or 'liberal' or whatever label makes you feel better than them (us), that doesn't give you license to treat them in an un-Christlike manner. If your religion says its alright to abuse, berate, or be uncharitable towards certain folks then it sounds to me like your religion is of Satan.

And fyi, if there's any place that's a good place to start learning charity and love toward your fellow man, it's on the Internet. I speak from experience (sadly) that it is quite easy to be un-Godly toward your fellow man in the anonymity of the Internet.
