I just don't get it at all. Dan Scott is Anglican. Why would anybody think that he might be Oneness?

Why would it be offensive to say that an Anglican is Trinitarian?

No, that's not offensive. But to say that Scott is really an anglican
(undercover) might be offensive to the two people I mentioned.
they believe otherwise and have defended him in the past (naturally)

He's not an undercover Anglican. He's proudly Anglican. It's right there in plain sight in his biography.

"Pastor Dan Scott has his ordination with the Anglican Mission in America, a missionary movement that grew out of the East African Revivals of last century."

O wow I didn't know that. If that's not enough to know what to do then I don't know what is

Thank you.

And I'm sick of people saying we should "tone down" the Oneness talk from pulpit so as not to offend newcomers to our churches (same thing with toning down the Oneness language on Apostolic church websites). Trinitarians don't worry about toning toning anything down in their churches.

Why is it that those who preach false doctrine speak it loudly and proudly, but those who have the truth are supposed to keep it undercover? Absurd.

Really?... Despite the fact that he's an ordained member of an Anglican Charismatic group?
It's a matter of public record at this point.

If I remember right, Dan Scott, after he left Phoenix, renounced being anglican. I was told he would have never been considered for CC if he had held to the same style and beliefs as when he pastored in PHoenix.

I remember Painoman saying he initially had some fears about this but that over time these fears had been put to rest.

However, many believed that he still was anglican just keeping it on the down low

When he comes prancing down the center aisle swinging a censer, don't say I didn't warn you.

Re: Dan Scott's Thought on Trinity

If one has listened to him preach one could tell he is not a typical Anglican if he is infact an Anglican. To me it seems to me that he is a toned down pentecostal preach.
