Re: EveryOnes Apostolic

I run AdBlock plus on all the versions of Firefox I use, so imagine my surprise when I came to this site after more then a year right after doing a fresh install of the OS and before installing Adblock...... and seeing ads here! LOL

So do they make money by people clicking on the ads? I never click on ads.

Re: EveryOnes Apostolic

I don't blame them for charging. I imagine it's an expensive place to operate.

I'm not a member, though. I don't enjoy social groups like that.... I prefer real discussion sites (like this one) where you can really discuss issues.

Re: EveryOnes Apostolic

Does site admin know the number of unique members that visit a social networking site on any given day, week, or month?

Does AFF post that kind of statiscal view for the traffic here?

Prax,
can you share how many unique members logged onto our beloved AFF:
last week?
last month?

The overall member count at EA is, at first glance, very significant.
Paying to play in a sandbox that large does seem appropriate.

I say, "Go for it EA, afterall your calling is not be some kind of virtual charity!"

FYI, those of us who have our primary experience of gathering with the Saints of God in a house-2-house setting, were pretty much weeded out from the EA crowd already.

Don't mention your business, that's advertising, "delete." It is only allowed on your profile page.
Be careful about your political opinions, some of those get deleted too.
No house church discussions (your whole forum and YOU will get deleted for that one, forget keeping it on your profile.)

Discussions are deleted left and right over there. It's not a glitch in the system. It just sounds like *someone* has WAAAAY too much time on their hands.

Oh, but forums about the "next Harry Potter series", "Twilight" is allowed. A book series about vampires and occult garbage. Last I saw, there were *2* forums for that topic.
healthy informed perspective is always appropriate for a good "BUMP".

thanks MamaHen!

PS. I was splitting wood (some nice, aged Wild Cherry) IN THE SNOW yesterday!

Yep they have ads ... and yep I'm a cheapskate by never clicking on them. LoL
That's too bad...it doesn't cost you a thing, and it's what keeps a lot of good sites open to the public and FREE!

Kinda a no-brainer there, huh?

We appreciate our members who take 15 seconds of their life to browse a bit.

Re: EveryOnes Apostolic

Funny - I would GLADLY pay to be here on AFF. But I've looked around EA and didn't see a thing I was interested in. So I sure wouldn't pay for what I didn't want.

In my case, I would be paying to be aggravated everyday by all the cool aid drinkers.
