I don't believe there are any AIDS cases between monogamous partners no matter what they practice. As far as the cancer, Rhoni says that there is no cancer between monogamous partners either. I don't know. Anyhow, I would prefer facts.

Cancer risks rise because of contact with the HPV. However, I do not see how there is no cancer risk with monogamy. I would think that that kind of damage to the tissues would have a risk.
