My wife and SIL cooked sauteed chicken breast (cooked in wine and some spices - nice glaze), corn, potato's, and cornbread.

Ended up with Chicken Phyllo, creamed corn, salad, toasted bread with mozzarella and pesto (bruschetta) and a glass of Chardonnay... er.. uh - Ice Tea!

We ended up not eating till after church, so we went to Cracker Barrel and split French Toast with scrambled eggs and turkey sausage. I love their French Toast!!!

Hey, if there are a lot of people from Portuguese they are called Portuguese.
If there is just one do they him a Portagoose??

I stirred together some beef steak strips and veggies for Fajitas tonight - Kristin and the girls went to a birthday party at friends.
