Does someone need a lesson on the birds and the bees?

Reminds me of an old Cole Porter song ...

Let's Do It

And that's why birds do it, bees do it
Even educated fleas do it
Let's do it, let's fall in love

In Spain, the best upper sets do it
Lithuanians and Letts do it
Let's do it, let's fall in love

The Dutch in old Amsterdam do it
Not to mention the Fins
Folks in Siam do it - think of Siamese twins

Some Argentines, without means, do it
People say in Boston even beans do it
Let's do it, let's fall in love

Romantic sponges, they say, do it
Oysters down in Oyster Bay do it
Let's do it, let's fall in love

Cold Cape Cod clams, 'gainst their wish, do it
Even lazy jellyfish, do it
Let's do it, let's fall in love

Electric eels I might add do it
Though it shocks 'em I know
Why ask if shad do it - Waiter bring me shad roe

In shallow shores English soles do it
Goldfish in the privacy of bowls do it
Let's do it, let's fall in love

The draggonflies in the reeds do it
Sentimental centipedes do it
let's do it it, let's fall in love

mos-qui-to's heaven forbids, do it
soon as every katydid do it
let's do it, lets' fall in love

The most refined lady bu-u-ugs do it
When a gentleman calls
Moths in your rugs do it
What's the use of moth balls

locusts in trees do it
bees do it
even over-educated fleas do it
let's do it, let's fall in love!

let's do it le-e-et's fall in love
let's do it, let's fall in love!

On occasion, I have heard worldly co-workers describe some event or activity as "better than sex!"

Snowmobiling, for instance.

I have been very, very, very tempted to reply, 'If that's really how you feel about it, your doing either the sex or the snowmobiling wrong!"

I really could comment here, but I will exercise great restraint...even though I really don't want to!

I am disappointed, really. Children are never an accident. They are a 'surprise' from the Lord.

Fine. You are correct. Where you see the word 'accident' in the poll questions, mentally fill in the words 'unscheduled conception.'

Will that work for you?

In my universe (small, warped, and goofy it may be) it is in no way inconsistent for a child to be both unscheduled and fully wanted.
