Re: Romney VP Pick Today 9AM

Watching Romney's speech on MSNBC. Great line, "I understand a school bus might take an honor roll student to school. But I don't give the bus driver credit fornthe student making the honor roll!" (referring to Obama's gaffe about "you didn't build that)

We will see. Romney made sure he brought in the voting machines to the Nebraska Convention to stop Ron Paul. They sure didn't want any hand counts going on. We'll see how it goes. And I do tend to agree that Obama has already defeated himself, but being both sides have been dishonest, anything could happen.

Totally hilarious and true!!

I get it. You want mommy and daddy to play nice so we can beat the bad guy in the White House. But your wish for a Hollywood situation is more likely to be trusting the corrupt cop who claims to help you and then takes advantage the minute you are alone with him.

Romney has NOT received the GOP nomination yet. Paul Ryan doesn’t do much to help the ticket at the end of day either. It plays directly into the liberal’s hands.

All I’m asking is to quit doing what Liberals do and pretend that your dog has no fleas. And quit acting like the easy girl in school and show a little character and prudence. A reputation is hard to get back.

I'm not angry. Just passionate. This election is huge and for people to not see that because they are mad that their pick lost in the primary is simply ludicrous. There's too much at stake for pettiness. But that's your American right. Thankfully I believe it's going to be a blowout for R&R so in the end Obama will be gone regardless.

Nice try. You're a rude, angry white man and you know it.

When you prove to me that the RNC has done ANYTHING to try and stop Obama's policies, I will buy into your fear.

3. He voted for the Troubled Asset Relief Program, or TARP. While a lot of other Republicans did too, and it was proposed by the Bush administration, some have viewed it as a rejection of the conservative economic values Ryan and hard-line fiscal conservatives espouse.

5. This is both a pro and a con to Ryan, depending on who you ask, but he's notably further to the left on the issue of lesbian, bisexual, gay and transgender rights than the base of the party. He broke with a lot of his party to support the Employee Non-Discrimination Act in 2007. He explained his reasoning for the vote in this way: "They [his gay friends] didn't roll out of bed one morning and choose to be gay. That's who they are."

That will be coming out after the love fest dies down. And that is why I posted the above article which includes - "All I’m asking is to quit doing what Liberals do and pretend that your dog has no fleas. And quit acting like the easy girl in school and show a little character and prudence. A reputation is hard to get back."

The giddiness is ridiculous - let's look at records. The "anyone is better than Obama" is not really going to fix anything.

I can't wait to see how PO handles it when these fireworks she thinks are going to happen at the convention don't materialize.

So PO, when Romney and Ryan are nominated on the first ballot will you then concede they are the nominees? When you anticipated rebellion fizzles will you finally accept reality?

"We did not wear uniforms. The lady workers dressed in the current fashions of the day, ...silks...satins...jewels or whatever they happened to possess. They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.

"It was not until long after, when former Holiness preachers had become part of us, that strict plainness of dress began to be taught.

"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."

Do you advocate laying down in the middle of a fight? Or are you a little weenie? I don't anticipate anyone winning against the RNC machine. That doesn't mean I should lay down and not voice my opinion and I will do that until the day I die.

I simply think it's sad that none of you seem to know, understand or care what has gone on in the primaries. I am against dishonesty in either party, but especially my own.

When my children were wrong, I never overlooked it or brushed it under the carpet. Is that what you do or did?

I like Paul Ryan, but he isn't Mr. Conservative either.
