I've been a member of PC for several years, but am reluctant to sign up with other survey companies because of the extra spam I may receive...or anything else that would be bothersome that may happen.

Good paying ones are hard to come by sometimes. I just share what I come across, hoping that someone else can benefit from them too.

I'm signed up for 2 or 3 in Houston that pay anywhere from $50-200 but you actually have to go onsite and participate in a workshop... I used to do them for Compaq and would get to evaluate new server software or sometimes hardware (SmartStart and some other stuff) and would make some nice extra spending money that way.

I've seen several for the onsite focus groups. Unfortunately, I live in a rural area and those just don't happen here. Those usually pay big bucks though. I've done a few for Microsoft software stuff, and gotten a couple of free programs to test-- and keep after the survey was done.

Wal-Mart has created an online community of curious, active, and informed consumers who are willing to serve as “consultants” to by sharing their perspectives and opinions with Wal-Mart.

Dear Preferred Parent,

Gerber Childrenswear is always looking for feedback to improve or enhance our products and we know we can count on you for honest and constructive feedback.

The Onesies® brand is so critical to a babies wardrobe that we want to continually evaluate ways to improve it. We are looking at different fabrics for Onesies® brand and would like you to wear test the item and give us your comments. To qualify for the test, your baby must be between 16 and 18 pounds and you must be willing to use and wash the Onesies® brand within 5 days and then complete a questionnaire with your feedback.

We will provide you with two samples and would like your feedback on how well the fabric fits, wears and feels before and after washing on both garments.

If you are interested in participating in the program, please email Ellen Busha at ebusha@gerberchildrenswear.com by September 2, 2008, with your name, address, phone number, weight and age of your child. We will be selecting a limited number of participants with infants between 16 and 18 pounds who wear one piece underwear. If you are selected to participate, you will be sent the product to test along with instructions on how to use the product as well as how to wash the product. Both items must be returned, so you will also be provided with a return shipping package.
