Also we no longer do Double coupons, because as AQP pointed out stores take the loss on double and triple coupons.

LOL! You are hilarious! But I have been couponing for 25 years. Now what can you blame it on??

The story is not clear but it says she has a family of 10. Is that her, her husband, and 8 kids? Or her and 9 kids? Or her, her husband, and 10 kids? Regardless it sounds like she makes the case she has a constitutional right to redeem as many coupons as she wants and I make the case that the number of kids she CHOSE to have is irrelevant -whether it be 1 or 20.

Re: Extreme couponing?

The article says she relies heavily on coupons to make ends meet. Everyone i've seen on the show seem to be making ends meet pretty well.

Also, she breaks out the King's English and gets profound:

"Everything I have, I have a coupon for. I shop not without a coupon," she told the station.

Almost like a Proverb.

Re: Extreme couponing?

I also found this interesting since I have seen Kroger stores on the show, appearently so have some of thier "big wigs" who must have seen their Managers hauling free groceries out by the cart load:

According to Kroger's policy, "there is not a limit on the number of coupons per transaction, however Kroger does limit one coupon per item and reserves the right to limit quantities."

Re: Extreme couponing?

Bottom line is it all depends on the stores policies. If they don't have good policies in place, they could be in for a lawsuit. The store makes the rules and both sides have to abide by them.
