The seven inviting seven is a fabrication. The meeting is not.

Like all pyramid schemes, better get in on the ground floor!
Just as the WPF preachers did when they were part of the UPCI, this is most likely a meeting to develop a more liberal voting block within the UPCI. There is nothing wrong with either situation. In the past, political pressure kept the liberal wing from organizing.
