I've seen a lot of bad things over the past few years. Seen preachers intentionally lie and accept lies and I still have a hard time believing that good Godly men will do this kind of thing. Still have a hard time accepting it.

Felicity, is an embellishment a lie? Is a fish story a lie? Is an exaggeration a lie? Is speaking evangelastically telling lies?
You know as well as I if you have been around long enough you will hear someone tell something that may not be just quite true.
Take for example the types of threads and posts around here, which ones get the most traffic? The ones that do not do any of the above, or those who like to stretch the truth juuuuuuuuuuust a little bit.
WHY??? Cmon Felicity, you aren't that wet behind the ears...you know folks coming out of the mainstream is a message that legitimizes the Apostolic movement...

Like truimphant1 stated earlier...this thread might of well been titled that the other thread was a lie. Not one time in the other thread was the church or pastor alluded to. In the previous post, without naming the pastor, you pinpointed a title and vicinity pretty accurately.
"Okay Carp" and "So much for naming names" are not passive aggressive statements. Maybe in the first "OKay Carp.." I should have stated that what triumphant1 did and said...just call Thad a liar and the whole thread as one to.
Honestly, when news of this nature was being discussed on this forum, I thought it was supposed to be written in general statements as to not pinpoint a name or place...so that the issue behind the news could be discussed. If that has changed I would ask an Owner, Admin or Moderator to state so. I thought the other thread pretty much dealt with an issue with no name attached to it.
