Something doesn't have to be from a gossip magazine to be gossip.
I don't care if it came from the Times of London.

And something someone says can be 100% factual and it still be gossip.
A person can have a gossiping or tale-bearing nature, even if what they're saying is the truth.

You really need to take a step back and recognize what kind of vibe you're giving off with some of these posts.
