Oh, leave him alone with his delusion. Otherwise he won't be too happy about actual "facts" being pointed out. Thank you for at least getting my intent.

BTW, PP; I didn't come rushing back here due to this thread. I have been here off and on for the last week or so. But again, enjoy your delusion. And you want to talk about folks not having love? Go figure...

rrford is my friend, but his posts on this thread are so biased it's revolting.

Many of you have missed the forest for the trees.

Here are the facts.

1. Anonymous blogger posts a link to an expose written to show what we already knew. A large portion of CAF posters are vitriolic gossips who excel in the character assassination of Oneness preachers they do not consider brothers.

Why do they separate themselves from good men like SG? Because SG (who is one of the most conservative men in the UPCI) doesn't agree that he has the right to condemn souls to Hell for non-essential garbage.

2. In response, AFF ultracons, who are a nearly extinct group, make a huge comeback. They land on our shores like troops storming Omaha Beach.

What do they do when they get here?

Do they condemn the posts of their fellow Pharisees?
Do they apologize that this CAF thread got so far out of hand?
Do they express regret, remorse or genuine repentance?

Nary a one.

Instead the conversation comes back to what they love most.

Rules.

I say these rules are meaningless.

You guys got no love.

None at all.

I expressed no bias. In fact, I SPECIFICALLY STATED that their responses were wrong. It seems that you always read what you want to read and then read into it what it does not say.

But hey, please go back and find my "biased" posts. Good luck with that. You won't find them. What you will find is me pointing out that folks doing the very thing they are accusing others of doing is not Christian. Go figure...but if it continues to fit your agenda of disliking anyone or anything YOU FEEL is conservative then have at it. But if you want to talk about bias, please point at your ownself first.

In thr future at least try to read what a person is actually saying instead of through your own bias. It keeps you from making totally incorrect assessments.

Friend, you, and others, used an inordinate amount of keystrokes pointing out the lack of ethics that led to the blog, and its subsequent posting here at AFF.

On the other hand, very little energy was expended in defense of SG, Sherri and Eddie.

Plus Epley, and others, refuse to condemn the original posts and the men who constructed them.

I have no anti-conservative agenda.

I have an anti-freaky-conservative-legalistic-bash-my-brother's-head-against-the-rocks agenda.

Thanks. I needed a good chuckle or two. Thanks for pointing out that "situational ethics" is okay in your book.

SG and I spoke yesterday. Our friendhsip is such that he does not need my defense on here.

What you have offered here with your little diatribe is what we call diversion. I still contend you did not read all of my posts. Fortunately, I really don't care.

The original posters who said negative things about SG's message and practices made themselves clear. I do NOT know SG and have never heard this or any other message he has preached. But I do know men on the forum defended him vigorously. I ain't condemned him or them I don't have a dog in that fight. If the men are wrong then they are wrong if not then............
I made no negative statements there nor here however YOU impugned them so what is the difference in what you say they did and what YOU are doing?

Whatever.

It's a no-win situation anyway.

It always is.

This has been a great addition to my freaky-con scrapbook, however.

I see.

People like me should just shut up and let them do what they want without comment?

I mean, after all, they are above reproach.

Got it.

PP, I am honestly surprised, and maybe I don't know you as well as I thought I did, but I can't believe you don't see this thread for what it is, nothing more than a junior high schoolyard scrap...

Susan to Kimberly: "Daniel said you sleep around..."

Susan to Daniel: "Suzie said you are gay..."

Now Susan gets to sit back and watch the two sides go about making fools of themselves.

Re: Interesting Article from a Conservative Aposto

For some strange reason I feel like singing:

The Ballad of Jesse James

Jesse James was a lad who killed many a man
He robbed the Glendale train;
He stole from the rich and he gave to the poor
He’d a hand and a heart and a brain.
Poor Jesse had a wife to mourn for his life,
Three children, they were brave;
But that dirty little coward that shot Mr. Howard
Has laid poor Jesse in his grave.

It was Robert Ford, that dirty little coward;
I wonder how he does feel
For he ate of Jesse’s bread and he slept in Jesse’s bed
Then laid poor Jesse in his grave.
Poor Jesse had a wife to mourn for his life,
Three children, they were brave;
But that dirty little coward that shot Mr. Howard
Has laid poor Jesse in his grave.

Jesse was a man, a friend to the poor
He never would see a man suffer pain,
And with his brother Frank he robbed the Chicago bank,
And stopped the Glendale train.
Poor Jesse had a wife to mourn for his life,
Three children, they were brave;
But that dirty little coward that shot Mr. Howard
Has laid poor Jesse in his grave.

It was his brother Frank that robbed the Gallatin bank,
And carried the money from the town;
It was in this very place that they had a little race,
For they shot Captain Sheets to the ground.
Poor Jesse had a wife to mourn for his life,
Three children, they were brave;
But that dirty little coward that shot Mr. Howard
Has laid poor Jesse in his grave.

They went to the crossing not very far from there,
And there they did the same;
With the agent on his knees, he delivered up the keys
To the outlaws, Frank and Jesse James.
Poor Jesse had a wife to mourn for his life,
Three children, they were brave;
But that dirty little coward that shot Mr. Howard
Has laid poor Jesse in his grave.

It was on Saturday night, Jesse was at home
Talking with his family brave,
Robert Ford came along like a thief in the night
And laid poor Jesse in his grave.
Poor Jesse had a wife to mourn for his life,
Three children, they were brave;
But that dirty little coward that shot Mr. Howard
Has laid poor Jesse in his grave.

The people held their breath
When they heard of Jesse’s death
And wondered how he ever came to die.
It was one of the gang called little Robert Ford
He shot poor Jesse on the sly.
Poor Jesse had a wife to mourn for his life,
Three children, they were brave;
But that dirty little coward that shot Mr. Howard
Has laid poor Jesse in his grave.
