I find that kind of response to be be unfortunate, to say the least.
Newlyweds shouldn't be walking into a marriage situation totally clueless on that topic, like a baby deer in the forest.
Every father should have "that discussion" with his son, and every mother should have "that discussion" with her daughter.
If the parents are too "scared" to do it, then I guess it's left up to a pastor or pre-marital counselor to at least break the ice on that topic. But it really should be a parent's responsibility.

This might be my one and only post on this thread, when I was in Grad school, we were handed a book written by a Hebrew Scholar who presented the idea that the entire Book of Solomon was God's book on Sexual Relationships.
Of course even God used allegory and imagery to conceal and to invite further inquiry by the mature reader, but it seems that God was interested enough in the subject matter to dedicate an entire book to the subject.

That sounds a little better than the boys I grew up with who drove their trucks to Mexico.

...Other risk factors associated with increased anal-cancer risk included gay or bisexual orientation among men, a high number of lifetime sexual partners and a history of receptive anal sex. The study also suggested that the overall increase in anal cancer rates might be partially attributable to an increase in the average number of lifetime sexual partners and an increase in the number of people engaging in anal sex, particularly among women.

It has been said that the person (playing the the feminine role in a homo-
sexual relationship) and the one receiving AS is the one who most often
gets AIDS! I know of a case many years ago where there was a long battle
in the California courts involving a young boy who the courts ruled in favor
of the homosexual couple. Saying the mother's strict fundamental beliefs
were more dangerous than his father's lifestyle. After the father who was
the one who liked to stay home (effeminate) and be taken care of, died of
AIDS,. The liberal women judges gave guardianship to the partner of the
father after his death from AIDS. This decision was published in PEOPLE
magazine, with full page picture of the boy and his father's partner, who
could have possibly caused his death. Soon after the partner won the case,
he told the teenager that now that his father had died, there really was no
use in him staying there. He no doubt wanted to make a statement for his
lifestyle.
If a man engaging in AS can cause a man to die, why couldn't he cause
a woman/wife, to die?? Just a question!

LOL! Yes, those good old Catholic boys. I didn't know any Apostolic boys growing up. They knew the local ranchers and farmers would shoot them, so off to Mexico they went. LOL!

work unless you have a negative and a positive. You have a plug and you
have the plug-in. What in the world would you do with two plugs, or two-

connects in a RIGHT way. Lust connects in a way that has to be "rigged up".
Lust connects in a false or WRONG.
Love lasts! Love satisfies! God is LOVE! We all need MORE of GOD (Spirit).
Lust is never satisfied! IF it is lust, it will be made manifest in time. Lust when
conceived bringeth forth death.(spiritual, death of a relationship, and could
possibly bring forth physical death.)
I know of two wives (not related to church in any way) who didn't do the
things their husbands wanted them to, and both men turned to men that do
those kinds of things. Is there a unholy spirit involved here! What is the
natural use of the woman? A minister once said that there is a spirit connect-
ed to homosexuality that if given in to, is almost if not impossible to overcome.
I would want to avoid that spirit like the plague!
These things are not in anyway to be offensive. Since this thread came
up, I do feel I have some input to share.
(Bro. Michael Phelps, dear Brother, you did not in anyway offend me last
evening. Went to church and did not get a chance to respond until now.)
We are all hopefully endeavoring to please God before we please ourselves!
We MUST seek to please HIM and put HIM first and HE will direct us in those
things that concern us.

We studied the Song of Solomon at Indiana Wesleyan and if you truly understand what is written there you will see God's plan for a healthy and Godly 'undefiled' sexual relationship between a husband and wife. There is poetry in motion in marital intimacy!
