I think the concept was that the cuddle was the tease. At least the man thinks so. That is why communication in marriage goes south. Men just don't get it - cuddles are supposed to be for a lifetime...not just as a prelude...

I think if you KNOW a cuddle makes a man feel more "turned on" than you, and you do it anyway, it IS a tease. From anyone's perspective.

Hey, if you were just talking about an arm around the shoulder, that would be one thing, but YOU are the one who brought neck-nuzzling into this conversation!!!!!!

In our house, you don't nuzzle anyone's neck, mine included, unless you plan to back up your offer.
