Actually GL and Warrior - no one knows if the minister with the television deceived anyone. He could have very well sent a letter with the AS stating his objection to the television clause.
You have no idea in his case if he was being deceitful or not.
Not so in the other minister's case. That's been well-documented and he STILL is unapologetic, unremorseful, rebellious, etc.
Oh yah, AND he still holds a license with the UPC and is now a district Presbyter.
