Re: Oneness Pentecostal Apologetics Conference

Lets lower the bar a hair: How many Oneness educators hold the denominational standard, Masters of Divinity?

That is SO true! Guess that's why so many preach against education.

Baron appears to have contacted both Princeton and Princeton Theological Seminary and got a "no" in response to his inquiry.

I guess I didn't consider him among the UPCI brethren.

I know he has a Doctorate of Ministry from Gordon-Conwell. And also has a Masters in Exegetical Theology from Western Seminary.

Still, he's not qualified as a language scholar, though more would be apt to listen to him in matters of exegesis.

So counting him among the fold still leaves the UPCI pretty short of qualified scholars. We have to admit though that they've made progress. The AOG was in the same situation for years. Now they have reputable scholars like Gordon Fee (among several). So maybe there's hope?

He still is licensed but would slap the Enseyites silly in the theological octagon ....

Saw that .... I guess we could contact "Dr." Treece himself to help us in this quest.

What does it mean to be on the committee? How many are on the committee? Are there primary, secondary, etc committees?

I'm not sure what NU's qualifications are to be on such a committee, other than a privilege of honor, like someone that gets to witness it.
