They ARE wanted here.

well, not being one to cause trouble, I hesitate to say this, but you appear to be posting as a poster and didnt put on an admin hat...

but the rules need to be enforced the same among all those with the power to enforce them. What is wrong for one poster, should be wrong for all posters. Having an opinion, from what I've heard, wasn't a problem before. Now it seems a ban worthy offense

Sometimes I don't feel wanted either.

It seems some people around here don't like talking to someone that's Lost.

Since I'm taking a break as admin right now I feel I can say this.

Remember that admin do this job in their SPARE time, they do not get paid to do this job.

There are times when admin are not present on the board - it wasn't part of the contract that we had to be here 24/7.

Some things do slip through the crack for sure - - we've never said we are perfect. If opinions or posts are not reported and an admin is not present, then things are going to be missed.

I've been away for two-three weeks now as admin and my stress level is somewhat lessened because of that. Sometimes it's a lose-lose situation around here - - need more enforcing - - - need less enforcing - - - fair - - unfair.

I think there are a lot of rumors and dissatisfied posters that are not helping matters at all by keeping things stirred up when instead they need to just be a model poster and help the situation and not add to it.

The constant complaining lately has really helped keep me away from admining even longer.

What happened to the fun around here?
