A real good Missionary friend of ours
related the following True Story;

It seems that he had been
ministering to the natives

and

after much teaching
finally gotten them to wearing CLOTHES
now
comes the first baptismal service --

He wades out into the water,
preaches a little bit,

then

asks for all of the Baptismal candidates
to wade out into the water -

They Stop On The River Bank,

Remove All Of Their Clothes,

Fold And Place Them

Neatly On The Ground,


Then They Wade

' NEKID '

into the Water -


Shocked,

He Tells Them
To Put Their Clothes Back On
and
continus teaching them
for another week -


Now Comes The Baptismal Service

and

He Is Well Pleased

As All Of

The Baptismal Candiates

Wade into the water

single file

and

Fully Clothed -


When

He Had Baptized The Last One

He Was Shocked

As He Gazed

To The River Bank -


Lo And Behold

There Stood All

Of The Newly Baptized Converts -

" BUCK NEKID "

Wringing The Water

Out Of Their

WET CLOTHES " !
