I have only been once to Starbucks Pastor Mark Abernathy took us and he ordered for me something he said was good and good it was! It seems to have vanila in it...I don't remember the name but it was very good...and very expensive. I treasure the coffee cup he bought me there. Someone asked me about it the other day.

Sugar free vanilla latte w/heavy cream instead of milk... venti. This is lower in carbs and a nice, occasional, treat. I usually only drink half, then put it in the fridge/save the other half for the next day. Otherwise, just plain/black coffee.
