I meant the Scriptural sense, but don't act as if it were some kind of secret code or anything. If you have ever witnessed someone being told to wake up who was not asleep, you get the "spiritual" sense as much as you ever will.

You are merely one of the privileged, that has been awakened to religion. Imagine someone who was raised in one church, how difficult or even literally impossible it is for them to have your vision.
Scripture tells us that many will be led astray; not by the Government, or sin--those are assumed to be satanic in Scripture--but by the church. You will not be one of them. the more closely you may have associated with some church, the bigger was your gift.
But ya, technically, I guess Scripture says "wake up," addressing people who are not asleep in the sense we commonly consider, so maybe yur right.
