You, me, everybody, we are all asleep to many things.

You are merely one of the privileged, that has been awakened to religion. Imagine someone who was raised in one church, how difficult or even literally impossible it is for them to have your vision.

Scripture tells us that many will be led astray; not by the Government, or sin--those are assumed to be satanic in Scripture--but by the church. You will not be one of them. the more closely you may have associated with some church, the bigger was your gift.

But ya, technically, I guess Scripture says "wake up," addressing people who are not asleep in the sense we commonly consider, so maybe yur right.

Thought about making a poll, but there are too many to choose from.

1. Protestant
2. Protestant, without the ones Martin Luther didn't like
3. Roman Catholic
4. Ethiopian Orthodox
5. Eastern Orthodox
6. Armenian Apostolic (has a catchy name, don't you think?)
7. Coptic Orthodox
8. Syriac Orthodox
9. Greek Orthodox
10. Slavonic Orthodox
11. Georgian Orthodox
12. Other (I know this list isn't complete. Find another one you like, or make you own!)
Lol, ya, like they all did. It would be interesting to note the differences, do you have a link or something?

It's becoming an addiction, isn't it?

Man it's too bad you are too far away for Monday Gun days!

The Beowulf rocks! My son got the BMG... first time out he got a round stuck in the chamber... the manufacture is still trying to figure out what to DO about that.... Not like he can ship it back like that...

I wanted to buy a pink 50 cal at the gun show and got vetoed. Grrrr... I love pink.

Oh yeah... back to the bible cannons... I was raised Catholic and still use all the books for study that are in the Douay. I never could get used to the missing ones being gone... Of course they are never taught anywhere I go now... I am really interested in non-cannonized books including historical accounts of bible times.... and to think some people have time to read romance novels

There are nifty charts (OT and NT) in wiki:

We used to have a Catholic Bible, but never got around to studying those "other" books, much. (The Bible was damaged in a flood and we never replaced it. A sign from God? )

Lol...if you can't get it in one book, you won't get it in a million. Pretty sure it doesn't even matter which book. III John.

My favorite is the Grand Canyon in Arizona. What a magnificent and breath-taking formation! God's artwork on display!

Wait...Canyon...Canon...O never mind...

Lol--well, I was thinking of the accepted Canonical works. The others contain Spirit, or not. Prolly mostly not, but their fruit can't be hidden, either.
