They never speak out against it when it is clear that the fungus is among us.


My opinion is that he had to know about it, he did nothing to confront it, to distance himself from it, to eradicate from among his network until he started getting public criticism over it-- so he is still responsible for it.

The letters bore his name or his organization's name the ENTIRE time they were printed-- but he's not culpable?

The point of this thread is that there are elements within the GOP that see racism, see racist stuff, and do nothing to confront it. It appears that Ron Paul is connected to some stuff that can only be best described as "trash."


I don't doubt what he did in 1970.

I doubt that he was completely unaware of the content of those newsletters distributed in the 1980's and 1990's that bore his name and the name of his organization.


That is what I have disdain for.
My roommates can tell you that I spoke favorably of Ron Paul until I realized the hate his newsletters peddled in the 1980's and 1990's.

No need to get upset-- just when you see the trash happening, confront it.
