I read all 2,000 plus pages myself before it was signed.
A rational person has no chice but to distrust the law when the libs that wrote it admit they did not read it.
Convicted felon Robert Creamer, who wrote the blueprint for the Democrats’ health care reform campaign attended the signing.

Convicted felon Robert Creamer, who wrote the blueprint for the Democrats’ health care reform campaign, attended official health care signing celebrations in Washington, D.C. yesterday. He was joined by numerous activists and “community organizers” who have had their sights set on nationalizing health care and have finally achieved it. Creamer’s spouse, Rep. Jan Schakowsky, was one of the bill’s most vociferous proponents

The White House and the Democrats in charge of Congress agree with Creamer that the health care bill leads the way to other radical changes. As Nancy Pelosi said in the days before the vote: “Once we kick through this door, there’ll be more legislation to follow.”

Re: Seascapes regarding big oil and food prices.
Every time I copy and paste it is from a reputable source. Where do you get your facts from?
I read some of the Health Care bill, and saw several things in it that was good for the American people. Did you read anything in the Bill that you thought might be good?
The republicans are going to attack the Health Care Bill this month, at least that is what I heard on the news in Georgia. It will only be a waste of time, because it will take a two thirds of the vote to repeal it, and they won't have those votes, but if they happen to get the votes, then President Obama will veto it. Just wasting time as usual.

What reputable source? MSNBC? LOL!!
The republicans are going to do what they were sent to the Capitol to do....stop the crazy, wild spending this administration has done.
You conviently seem to forget it was the democrats that have been in power in the congress since 06 and they had all three branches since 08.
The American people sent a message in Nov.., and as usual the democrats couldn't possibly care less.

You read all 2000 pages? Yipes. I think to think of myself as well informed, but I don't have time for that.

it is the law. I can't belly ache (belly aches are not covered) if I don't read it. Yes it was a pain to read. My company headquarters leases are over 200 pages in total.
Lawyers get paid to write the stuff by the page. The main author of this law was in jail when he had time to write it.

Actually it is horrible. On one hand, these pages I remember had wide margins, On the other hand, so many sections were in referenc to prior sections so it doesn't make sense reading it oin order. You have to bounce back and forth between sections to follw what it says.

You have to be very carefull when reading it. If not, your head may explode. That is NOT a prexisting condition and may not be covered.
Unless you are under 26, your parents are covered or paid the fine and your employer didn't get to opt out and the hospitals that are catholic in your area cave and do abortions so they don't get deleteted and the docs in your area pass IRS audits so they don't make too much money or have a history of errors in charging when they provide services that are not apporved by the panesl and your grandparents have remained current on their endo of life counseling so that your teen daughter can get innoculations for premarital sex that comes from HPV and other bad things left over for slavery and Bush who didn;'t care about seniors or america.
Simple eh?

I liked how John Boehner set the record straight today. After Pelosi went on about what good things the dems accomplished, talking about obamacare, he said the prices for health care have already gone up....
That's "good" in the eyes of dems.
