While it might be considered great sport to bash and or trash the UPCI, what it really all should come down to is what are you doing for the Kingdom? Note the UPCI is not the Kingdom, folks in it might just be part of the Kingdom. I'd be careful that I don't inadvertently hurting His Kingdom, while trying to bring down man's.

Well, a church can have a senior pastor, a youth pastor, a pastor for seniors (older people), a music minister, a minister of education, and an outreach pastor.
Also, there could be a former or retired pastor of that assembly attending the church or a retired minister or missionary or two who are no longer in active ministry. Also, there can be young ministers being mentored by the pastor who may go out and preach once in a while or work with daughter works.
I could see how there could easily be more than three ministers in a church.
