Tim, I am an unabashed pessimist about many things. The great thing about that mindset is you are either heralded as a prophet or pleasantly surprised.
There are a few exceptions to that general rule. I believe while there is life there is hope.
The grand dame has suffered a mortal wound, some would even say septicemia has set in. But like I said, I believe while there is life there is hope.
Most are blissfully unaware of just how serious it is.
But there are a few Cassandras crying out. Whether it is too little too late remains to be seen.
BTW Tim, I am not making it to Nashville either, but REALLY hope we can get together soon. I still believe we have a book or two to collaborate on sometime.
