It made for great discussion with me in my favorite role, playing devil's adovocate, challenging them to clarify, expand and justify their responses.

Upon reflection this morning, I think about the social dynamics, unique individual quirks, historical events that have transpired and the cycles of the AFF community and I pose the same question.

In this microcosm of Apostolic diversity:

What must we give up to live in peace @ AFF?

If possible, keep your list to 3-5 items.

I must give up being offended by others.

I must give up resorting to name calling and pigeon holing when I feel threatened or offended.

I must give up selfish pride and self righteousness.

I must give up the notion I can change you with sharp words and harsh retorts.

I must give up putting people on the defensive with my bad attitudes (preconceived or real).


Come let us REASON together......

AFF needs to be purged.

It's stupid that confirmed atheists and agnostics are some of the most vocal posters, and that they control the entire board - at times.

I love this place, and have invested a lot of time and energy here. No one takes more heat for AFF than I do, and I doubt few defend it as+much as I do, but this site needs an extreme make-over in the worst way.

Posting is a privilege, not a right especially to those I mentioned. The minute someone denies the existence of God, promotes a religion that is anti-Jesus, or espouses universalism, I would ban their butts.

I think it's a good idea to delete every username that hasn't logged on in the last year.

If they haven't logged in they aren't bothering you.
