I think what Thad is referring to is the shorter skirts (knee length & a little above the knee) with these leggings (like the pictures that Renda posted). I agree that it looks "tacky" . Can't say that I think it's "sin" - but it IMHO it's not a good testimony.

I don't think that he was referring to wearing them under skirts for warmth where they are not visable.

I have to agree they look a MESS.

well, some are wearing jogging PANTS under skirts. so, they are wearing Pants which is creating waves
