My recollection is that mom died in 1995. Why, then, is the birth certifiCATION posted on all the pro-Obama websites dated September 2007? The man’s own books trip him up. If he found one amongst his mother’s things, then he doesn’t even have to order one from Hawaii. Why scan a phony one when you have the real one in your possession?

You didn't read the 14th amendment or the Civil Rights Act, did you? It does not matter if his parents were citizens. He was born in Hawaii. He is a citizen. An apt example of this would be illegal aliens. They live here and have babies. Their children are US citizens, even though their parents aren't.

Seriously, there is nothing hard to understand about it. It is actual law, not opinion.
