Maybe I'm an exception here, but I think I'd endure it just fine. I'm actually a bit disappointed when someone other than my Pastor is preaching.

I understand that other ministers have to get a chance to develop their ministries, etc, and I understand guest preachers will come thru from time to time.. but if my pastor preached all 52 Sunday services per year and taught every Thursday nite bible study, I'd be quite ok with that.

Depends on who your pastor is TR. When Jonathan Suber was our pastor, people wouldn't show up unless he preached. Therefore, they tried to keep it under wraps when he was going to be gone. So, if you have a pastor like that, I can understand your love for his ministry because we felt the same way about Bro. Suber.
