Should a Pastor spend more time at the Church he pastors or should he spend more time away??

Seriously, I know of situations like that and I have always wondered how those saints felt about. I can't imagine that they are happy about it.

I know when our pastors are both gone at the same time, it just isn't the same. Even when they have visting preachers come to take over for them, I just prefer it when my pastor is there. (not saying that he is gone to much, he isn't)

I was back teaching Sunday School and a sister came through the class and said I need to go home and cough.
I said OK!!!

I think if they pastor a church their away preaching should be left just a few times a year - - they are paid to pastor the church and being gone a couple times a month to preach elsewhere cannot be productive for the church.
