The way i like hot dogs the most is for them to be grilled and the bun to be grilled. Most of the Country has the Coney Island Buns that are sort of rounded. But, in the east they have the buns that are sort of flat on the side and they are easily toasted. Yum Yum! And what is wrong with ketsup on a hot dog!

There is nothing like those hot dogs sold by vendors on the street corners of New York for a dollar. My daughter will not touch pork at any other time, and is very health conscious, but in NY, she will eat at least two of these a day. They just taste different than regular hot dogs!

Hot dogs are good with weber's horseradish mustard and relish. Of course they have to be Sahlens hot dogs, that I get everytime I go back home to Buffalo. Because we can't get them down here in Georgia. So to me it is not what you put on them it is how the hot dog itself is made.

...as you can tell, I'm not a fan of the Chicago style-garden variety-hot dog...too much salad and veggies in them...I'm a purist...the dog should stand on it's own!....New York style-good dog with mustard only! or California style-mustard and good chili...and no beans in the chile!!!!.....it you must, put diced onions on them but definantly no relish!!!!....
