The very reason I enjoy writing here is because we are different...and that in itself is a challenge...
Thanks Admins for the opportunity of being a part of a great forum with many wonderful people.

Re: Survey About Doctrinal Beliefs

Greetings. Doth thou thinkest thou truly knoweth the old paths? I knowest the ancient paths. You thinkest thy paths are old? Ha! Mighty men of old must needs have robes and an unshaven face. Else wise they are counted as ladies. Knowest not thou these truths!!!

Re: Survey About Doctrinal Beliefs

You know those individuals who have a problem with others having an opinion should simply get off the forum, start their own forum, and then let those who join their forum know from the very beginning that they cannot disagree!

It would be very simple to maintain and control.

The one with the "truth," you know, the one who started the forum, could do all of the posting and all those who responded would simply post like this.....

"Amen, Brother!"

They could even put that "Amen, Brother" statement in their memory and just paste it each time.

Boy, that would be a simple forum to control and maintain. And I'm sure that it would have an overwhelming large membership! NOT!!!

I love to see folks disagree with me! It's fun to see them wrong!

Don't delete me from the AFF! I might just learn something!

Don't the Cons already have a preachers' forum that does that?

No, I do not believe that those exact words need to be spoken over the baptized person. Baptizing in the name of Jesus and baptizing in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit mean the same thing.

No. I believe that the baptism of the Holy Spirit is often or usually accompanied by tongues, but not always. A changed life is some good evidence, too.

No, these are man-made rules that can't be supported by Scripture (except probably short hair on men). If someone lives by these standards, that's great. But you can't condemn others for not following those standards.

Do I even have to answer this one?

So, does this mean I'm a liberal?
