Mercy sakes...Sandra Sue, didn't we decide you were gonna go and let the Lord use you?!
They haven't "banned" the Spirit...no one can do that...it's silly!!

I am going, I leave in the morning.
It is a 2 day conf. I will report back on this thread.

You are in my prayers, girl...last night in church we sang 'The Blood' by Andrae' Crouch and I thought of you.
That'd be a great song for you...just piano, organ, drums and bass...I can hear ya now!!

It really is funny to me that when one of our very own was asked to sing several times for the President, that it was wonderful news. Many spent hours upon hours praying and fasting that someone might be touched and "feel" something different while these UPC people sang in Washington.
What's the difference here? Vicki having the Holy Ghost and being asked to sing at this conference is an opportunity for God's spirit to move right in and being that God can do anything.....then anything could happen.
Why so much negative response to this?
