Shazeep, you have a problem with funding Zionist Israel, then I suggest you go an lobby in Washington, and express your grievances. Also Brother Blume is Canadian, and I doubt Canada has anything to do with sending funding to Israel. Oh, did you know America also sends monies to Egypt? Muslims were lost way before oil was discovered in the Middle East, Muslims were lost way before Mohammed was ever born. So, if you refuse to have a nice decent conversation concerning salvation, then move on. Because your conversation concerning Zionist Israel has nothing to do with the topic of salvation.

You cannot go ten feet near the issue we're speaking of. ... Salvation by God's work of the cross alone. You keep going to works like following Jesus' example. We all must do that. But doing that without proceeding there from the standpoint of the work of the cross to save is still salvation by works.

Shazeep, has an agenda to prove to us that somehow what we believe as far as soteriology in some way is caused Jihad. Therefore when Muhammad his family migrated to the Ethiopian Kingdom of Abyssinia, King Armah, Muhammad's family told the king that they were fleeing due to persecution of believing in One God and Mary the Theotokos. Hearing this the king granted them asylum. So, it was the Muslims who acquiesced to the Ethiopian Christians, not the other way around. But that didn't stop the Muslims rampage of conquering with the sword spreading Islam with violence and death. All this was done before Theodor Herzl was ever born. Or 9/11 and GEEDUB.

How do I know Brother Blume is a Canadian?
Could you make your question a little more specific?

again, how do you know? You are again conflating my position that your words reflect your premises with "Muslims are saved." This is not about the soul condition of anyone else. If you sought an explanation, one could readily be provided--it is even self-evident.

what you mean is that you sincerely hope that i am lying, because you have accepted a model that appeals to your ego, and is naturally unassailable by reason or common sense; even its fruit is dismissed. Scripture that illuminates this is applied to others. You have found the Scriptures you seek, to apply to yourself (actually, that is not true--left to your own devices, you would have been fine; you trusted men to guide you). How do you expect a Muslim to hear "Muslims are lost" any differently than you hear "Mike, you are as lost as two boys kissing." And i posit that we manifested homosexuals with all this, but let's not go there right now. Or do, whatever--yes, it is the same.
Shall i show you how they are getting into the kingdom ahead of you, along with the whores and tax collectors? Because "If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves, and seek My face, I will heal their nation" is true, then we are waiting on Pents, i think. "The sea" is not regarded in the equation. And it can get way worse than homosexuals, i guess. You say that they are in sin? How is that working out for you? If they are in sin, and represent "the sea," then why do you imagine that they are regarded in the judgement of your nation? This is an illusion, that i can provide Scripture for. They are your judgement.
The way you measure out is the way it will be measured to you, oh lost one.

or, i mean, congratulations, you have your doctorate. are you going for "Professor," with all that entails--those who can't do, teach, etc, or what? All Muslims are lost? So are all the prostitutes and tax collectors. What is your point?

Re: Question about Acts 2:38: What about the marty
and i sure hope you guys see that we are talking about the human condition here. There is absolutely nothing wrong with you. It is human nature to assume subject/object, dominant/submissive relationships, and to assert them. And to justify them with Scripture. You are here, and not playing candy crush, or training your infants with an AK, so there is always hope.
When you accept forgiveness, you will radiate forgiveness--to restate all that "work of the cross" stuff in your lecture up there; and until you do, you are going to view anyone who does not walk in lockstep with you as "lost," as a matter of self-preservation--as you explain to them how as they are accepting Christ they are not holding their mouth right, and not saying the right things in their baptisms. Yes, it is a scary step. Your mind, your ego will be shrieking at you to retreat back into the comfortable sea of condemnation and false superiority, that has been carefully nurtured in you since the cradle. Very few people can do this; yet it is really just as easy as following Moses around in the wilderness, trusting God for all the stuff you are currently trying to assume dominion over.

my agenda is to suggest that that is all illusion, and peering into evil, into satan's domain, and joining with it. They Are Evil, So Let's Go Fight Them. go ahead, i cannot stop you. The kingdoms of the world are satan's domain, and as long as you are in the world, you are compelled to contend with violence and death. I suggest you be very afraid--you are aware that ISIS now has training camps in the US, right? They are coming; for you.

Shazeep, the explanations were sought, and pretty much see that you are mixing apples with Theodor Herzl's whiskers. You are trying to say that if we deny the truth of the Gospel, which is the death burial and resurrection (which Muslims don't believe) Jihadists will stop blowing themselves up?
