I assume you'd like to see Hillary (or any other public official engaged in illegal activity) prosecuted correct? Well, if the information was illegally gained, while it might help win an election, it become inadmissible in court.

Don't know about Swann. It's being investigated by a LOT of citizens. There are also apparently some insider FBI and NYPD types who may be involved in leaking info since the PTBs don't seem to want to do anything about it.
