Now why DO YOU CARE WHY I CARE?

Because you sure make a lot of funny noises for not having a dog in the fight. Men cannot howl like a hound.

This reminds me of the anti-tv/movie argument that states no one comes to church because what they've seen ...
After speaking to my Mom ... who was suffering from sickness due to her heroin addict .... she said it was a movie about Jesus during Lent that helped her to make her final decision to live for Christ.

Believe it or not, some of us have preached for them more than you.

This is so true! I even heard (recently) a pastor declare that he's the only one who hears from God! Pretty bold statement...

What's hilarious ... is that you respond to my grunts with high frequency.

Barb, I do understand, and like I have said to you, I think that it is right and good that you and others have the respect that you do (and I do also) for these men.
I guess that my issue is that people seem to discount the reaction that I, Thad and others have to some of these situations and stories as baseless or over-reaction, or worse. I simply feel as though we should be able to voice our feelings or concerns (not attacks) regarding some of this stuff without being treated as though we have crawled out from under a rock, or somehow have it out for the ministry. For me, nothing could be further from the truth. I think that you will understand this?

Good post, Dizzy! I feel the same way...I have a deep respect for the ministry...but I've seen a lot of garbage too.
