You're welcome. We used to save to the audacity native file format, but that was too much trouble. Now we just export to MP3.

I organize all our messages by year and then month. So I have a folder that says 2007 and in that I have november, december etc etc

Plus with MP3 tags you can insert relevant information like name of speaker, name of message, date...then when doing a search it comes right up. Plus we keep a excel file of every message

The ONLY annonyance seems to be the 8 mins to save a 1 hr message to MP3 format.

Yeah it can take a while....having a fast PC can help with that.
