Again, members can propose anything, but unless the Speaker or Majority Leader want it on the floor, it won't go anywhere.

If Trump does win the election, it will be interesting to see the excuses both he and his supporters give for doing nothing about immigration, because he isn't going to build a wall, deport illegals or seal the border.

IE...he will have given little more than lip service on the issue.

Anyone who really supports illegal immigration is morally bound to give their job to an illegal immigrant.
