Ted Cruz always brings up the substantive issues concerning his campaign. He did that with Bill O'Reilly the other night who is competing with Sean Hannity and Eric Bolling for Trump's affection.
But, you bring a very good point regarding "debating the issues". Perhaps your candidate, "Ducking Donald", would be willing to debate Ted Cruz - Mano a Mano. He won't though, because he knows he would lose.
So, until "Ducking Donald" gets the courage to do a real debate, you can drop the false narrative that Cruz isn't talking about the issues.
Apparently, YOU are parroting "Ducking Donald" as you don't know what Cruz is talking about. I know what Trump is talking about, because I listen to him as well. He is talking about nothing - "Okay, frankly, when I'm President, I'm going to take care of everybody. Okay, people don't talk about, okay, no one is going to be dying in the streets, I'm so compassionate. No ones talks about how compassionate I am. Everybody that knows me says, 'Donald, you're so compassionate'. I wouldn't call myself that, but that's what they call me. Excuse me, I'm going to do such great things...." Yada, yada, yada.....
