He's not arming ISIS.
The CIA may be-- the President would not and CANNOT be aware of such an operation.
Toppling Asaad-- see, I don't think he really wanted that to happen either. At least he didn't want it enough to commit American money and troops and so we have the situation we have today. If that was what he really wanted to do, he would have done it.
It is my point that President Obama is averse to war to a fault.
America didn't step up and lead and a bad situation went from bad to worse. The Syria situation did just that.
Obama should have made the hard decision back when Asaad defied America to our face on two occasions.
We should have intervened a few years ago. Had we intervened back then, we wouldn't have the mess we have today that spans two continents!

We might see several Russian divisions march in and destroy ISIS. No quarter will be given. We'll probably see Russian soldiers one day liberating Europe from Muslim terrorists and in the process establish the Greater Russian Reich. Europe has proven they desire to be ruled by somebody.
