It started out to be just quit for a year and I just haven't started back up.

Even better than that I haven't pealed off my finger nails (not the whole thing just the parts you would clip) in almost a year. That's a modified biting of the fingernails to those who were wondering.

I don't know how people could do those blind taste tests and not know what they are drinking.
Put a blindfold on me and I'll tell ya wether it is Pepsi, RC Cola, Dad's, Uncle Bens, Generic or otherwise, New Taste Coke-and the one, the only, the original Coke!

I admit it. I absolutely live on Diet Coke. If I ever have to be hospitalized and am in a coma, please tell them to hook my IV up to a 2 liter bottle of Diet Coke or else I can't possibly survive.

Barb, my boys are on my case all the time about the pop. They call it like it is. They tell me, "Mom, you are addicted. It's as bad as someone who smokes or drinks alcohol." WHEW!! But you know what? They're probably right. I just haven't gotten to the point where I see it as sin, like I do the other things. so.......................

I have been trying to drink more water. But I'm not ready to give up the pop yet. Someday ------------- maybe.
