She has made racist and sexist statements.
She has claimed that an Hispanic woman would make a better judge than a white man. Could you imagine the furor if a white man said that a white man would make a better judge than an Hispanic or African American woman? He would be called a racist, sexist, bigot. Or did she try to explain it away?


Either way, my initial thoughts were that she is indeed racist, even if only in her mind, which is still dangerous given her position of prominence and influence.
