This is similar to those living on the East coast who call Rush thinking that they must be the only conservatives within miles of themselves. It IS oppressive to live in that sort of environment. I know myself what it felt like to live in the Madison, WI area for 5 years.

Doesn't mean HE isn't going to! I have prayed for this man many times.

1 Cor:4,5:
Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God.

Not trying to be offensive.

This has stirred some very good discussion, I don't think there is any offense.

Hey, bro, there are most likely a few things that God has not revealed to you and I, as well.

Wow, glad I live in Texas, even though it has some similar elements as well.

I think when you start to stack human beings up to some particular height, one on top of the other, that their normal human instincts are lost and a collective hive mentality takes over.

I will not stand and watch, as the Church starts another "88" reasons why Christ was to return in Sept 1988.

It makes the church look and sound crazy.

Preach Jesus Christ and him crucified and get the lost into the body.

That is the answer....
Amen!!

Love has been perfected among us in this: That we may have boldness in the day of judgement. There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment But he who fears has not been made perfect in love.. 1 John 4:17-18

Fear and intimidation is not of God...its root is in the love of self.. why should we care or fear anything of this world... if we are living in fear of future or anything else, it is because we are concerned with self preservation....

We shouldn't worry because our lives are not our own... we are bought with a price...

John Bevere has a book on breaking intimidation that deals with fear and intimidation... has made a difference in my thinking....

Come on, bro. At least come up with a stronger defense for him than that.

There are 10 year old kids at my church who understand that we should be baptized into the name of Jesus.

But this great preacher/prophet pastoring thousands of souls... God just has not revealed it to him? Please, bro.

Besides, the issue is not simply that God has not revealed it to him. The biblical basis for Jesus name baptism has been well-explained to DW. However, he has simply rejected it.

Re: Urgent- From David Wilkerson's Daily Devotiona

I do not believe the message is from God.

The message is vague.

The messenger takes current events, pours heaping helpings of jet-fuel on them, and then proclaims things like maybe, I don't know, I'm not sure and the like.

Look folks, for about a year and a half, Benincasa and myself have been telling you to store up food and supplies. A time of unparalleled leanness is upon America.

However, I have not spoken this prophetically. I speak this as a reasonable person who is aware of the time and season we live in.

We will hit bottom in June or July. Mark my word.

There may be a recovery soon afterwards, but it will be slow. Very slow.

This is going to last for years. Maybe even a decade.

There is simply too much evidence.

Evidence too compelling to deny.

1. The continued crash of our stock market. Many folks are still in denial. They have no idea that we are experiencing an actual CRASH of the financial system. The market has lost 54% of it's value.
